The agave nectar adds a subtle sweetness that perfectly balances the heat from the red chilies, while the white truffle gives it an earthy depth I didn't expect from a hot sauce.
I was skeptical about truffle and hot sauce together, but the white truffle adds a rich, earthy depth that the ripe red chili peppers really stand up to. It's surprisingly versatile—I've been drizzling it on everything from eggs to tacos.
