Nasz sos Marinara z czarną truflą to idealne połączenie dojrzałych pomidorów, delikatnych ziół, czarnej trufli zimowej i papryczek chili. Innymi słowy, doświadczysz wszystkich świeżych smaków i głębi umami, których pragniesz, bez konieczności stania nad garnkiem.
I love that the black truffle actually comes through without overpowering the tomato base. I used it on pasta last night and even added a little to some scrambled eggs, and the umami depth made everything taste way more luxurious than expected.
The chili pepper gives it just enough kick to wake up the tomatoes and truffle without overpowering them. I've already gone through one jar on pasta and the other on crusty bread for dipping—great depth of flavor.
I’m usually wary of jarred sauce, but the black winter truffle really comes through here without being overpowering. It’s got just enough heat from the red chili to liven up a simple pasta dinner.
